Nickelodeon One Direction Concert Special

The USA childrens’ television channel will be showing a One Direction Concert Special on July 14. I don’t know much about it except it’s supposed to be at 7 or 8pm, and is around half an hour long. I couldn’t find anything specific about it on the Nick site, so I’ll wait until there’s something there before I give more details! thx tumblr.

Zayn Malik’s flat caught on fire!

Some bad news for One Direction hottie Zayn Malik… a fire broke out at his swanky North London flat last month. Three fire engines tackled the ferocious blaze throughout the afternoon as it swept through the plush Princess Park Manor private complex. Luckily nobody who lives in the building with Zayn was hurt but residents in the ground floor flat where the fire started (thanks to an “electrical fault” – eek!) have been moved to temporary accommodation.

A new One Direction song to be released in September

There are rumours flying around the internet that the name of the first single to come from the new album will be ‘Heartbreaker’ or ‘Heartbreakers’, and will be released in November. Niall quashed the gossip when he spoke with MTV, saying: “It’s not true at all. We actually don’t even have a song called ‘Heartbreaker’. That’s not gonna happen”

The One Direction boys looking forward to vacation!

In between playing the final shows on their U.S. tour and heading into the studio to work on their sophomore album next month, One Direction will get some time off. Mind you, it’s just enough time for them to rest up at home before they embark on recording sessions and business meetings and prep for their 2013 world tour.
