Noah Cyrus Launching Clothing Line + miley still has twitter?

Miley Cyrus has inspired her little sister, Noah Cyrus to start a clothing line.  Miley’s is at Walmart.  Noah’s will be launched at Fred Segal.  Little Noah is doing this line with her BFF, Emily Grace Reaves and Ooh! La, La! Couture. The line will be called the Emily Grace Collection.
