Demi open up concerning this in a recent interview with UK Glamour. “Right now, I don’t need to be put in front of a camera that adds ten pounds and makes you feel more self-conscious about your body image,” she told the March edition of UK Glamour magazine.” Being on camera makes me nervous. It takes a level of confidence and security, which I’m still working on. When I’m ready, I’ll find the right role and get back into it, but for now, I’m being cautious and trying to make smart decisions for me and my recovery.”

We really hope Demi can make a comeback in either movies or on TV. She has already proven herself in the music area with her smash hit single Skyscraper and her hit album Unbroken.

Since arriving in California on Saturday for a video shoot, One Direction have caused quite a stir. They were met by screaming girls at LAX airport and then hundreds have been camped outside the W Hotel in the LA suburb of Westwood since.

Even though the group have only had two singles released in the UK – What Makes You Beautiful and Gotta Be You, it looks like they’re already intent on launching themselves in the US.

While the X Factor catapulted them to fame just over a year ago, they’ll have to work a bit harder to make a name for themselves in the notoriously hard-to-crack American market. But it looks like they may be off to a good start given the large group of girls outside their hotel.
