Finished up with her hosting duties, Taylor Swift was all smiles as she headed off to an afterparty for her “Saturday Night Live” performance in New York City on Saturday (November 7). The country cutie was chauffeured straight over to Oceana, giving a smile and wave to paparazzi before joining cast and crew members for the fun-filled late night fete.
