I tend to follow celebrities with local connections on Twitter, which means I follow Selena Gomez, the Grand Prairie-born singer-actress, whom I’ve interviewed a couple of times. I also follow Kidd Kraddick, whom I recently profiled. At some point Monday morning — it seems to have been deleted now — Gomez tweeted, “Kidd I used to look up to you.. Talk about me all you want but my mom or my family is crossing the line.”

- Bieber hasn’t done any Christmas shopping! The Canadian star says he has to ask his mum to go pick out pressies for the likes of Usher and girlfriend Selena Gomez because he just doesn’t have a spare minute to get down to the shops.

- Hudgens has credited watching Disney movies with helping her to become an actress. The 22-year-old actress — who shot to fame in the High School Musical film franchise alongside former boyfriend Zac Efron — revealed she was a shy child until she discovered the fairytale movies which helped her to discover a love of performing.

- Stewart hates getting dressed up for the red carpet — because of the shoes she has to wear! The Twilight star admits she’s not a fan of stilettos! “The shoes — that’s the biggest problem,” explains Kristen.
